Dr. McManus is the best doctor in the area. Thank heavens he still has privileges at Mary Washington Hospital. The Hospitalist have ruined the medical profession. Dr. McManus treats you like you are human being.

Dr Mcmannus is the reason that I am still able to think-act and function today after correctly diagnosing an adverse reaction to a prescription med. Experience and concern will always save lives.

Dr. McManus is the best internest in Fredericksburg. Everyone I have talked to have said the same thing. I have been going to him for 20 years and I hope I never have to change. His staff is the best and any of my phone calls are answered promptly. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!!

I think that Dr. McManus is a wonderful doctor!!!!! I have been his patient since about 1995. He is very caring,kind and he takes his time to listen to you. There is no other doctor like him. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
