If you have kidney stones, or any kidney issues, Dr. Mufarriz is the doctor is see. After 3 episodes with stones over a 10 year period, he came to me highly recommended. Dr. Mufarriz does not only look at your test data (from a urine sample) and ultrasound, he asks pointed questions and listens to your answers so he can get to the specific reasons for your problem. In addition to be very thorough, Dr. Mufarriz has a great sense of humor and that really helps!

One of the most sensitive, empathetic doctors I have ever met. Kind, gentle and understanding. Great communication with patient, actually listens to you when you speak! Staff very kind and postive. I could only see him three times, but he helped me very much. I could not afford to see him again because I did not have insurance at the moment. Would recommend him to anyone. Good Man & Doctor!

I am a nurse at a very busy MD ED. I was referred to Dr. Mufarrij due to recurring kidney stones. I have 1 kidney functioning at 9% and 1 at 90%. I was having obstructing stones in the good kidney. When I met this doctor on my way to the OR, I instantly felt like this man was going to save my life. It has been a year and I am stone free in the good kidney. He is patient, he is kind, he is professional but personable and I am glad he was the one God sent me to. Thank you.
