Incompetent in an advance cancer stage or any stage if you ask me. Constantly excused himself to ask senior colleagues advise. The NP was more knowledgeable than he was. A sad situation and should be investigated since this has resulted in death.

Patrick Pilie is a NEW INEXPEREINCED Genitourinary Oncologist. Just out of Fellowship, and struggles in conversation with the family and lacks confidence in his medical decisions. We should have left the minute he opened his mouth due to his inexperience. I hope he goes for more training to become an outstanding oncologist. Otherwise, many patients will suffer with inadequate and maybe deadly outcomes. As of now I wouldn't take my pet to see him. Also, needs more than further training, communication skills is a must!
