Dr. Patrick J Ross, MD

He made the whole experience from beginning to end extremely pleasant.. I needed surgery on my birthday this October and I'm so pleased it was by Dr. Ross.

Dr. Patrick Ross took excellent care of me. I believed his expertise saved my life regarding cancer through early detection. Kind and very compassionate and also a Godly man. If you ever need surgery, this is the surgeon you want. So thankful and greatful he is my surgeon!

Nearly five years ago, I was suffering from the worst reflux ever. I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. Dr. Ross was the most amazing surgeon. He was able to repair my stomach and esophagus and here we are five years later with no complications or problems whatsoever. Dr Ross is personable, dedicated and compassionate. He is hard-working and yet maintains a cheerful, optimistic attitude when seeing patients, even at the end of a long day. Both my husband and I have been his patients. And from the perspective of being involved as the family member of his patient, and as actually being the patient, I can say that Dr Ross deserves more than 5 stars!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Patrick Ross as my surgeon for a recent procedure. His front office staff, back office, as well as he,himself were all very wonderful, and personal! Recovery is going well, just as he expressed it would be! Thanks Dr. Ross!

Dr. Ross was the 3rd specialist we had seen over the past 4-6 months. Needless to say we are in desperate need and badly wanted answers to the cause of such rapid deterioration of my husbands quality of life. Dr Ross was no help at all. We waited 2 hours before we were actually seen and he wouldn't even listen to the symptoms my husband had! Seeing as how he installs mesh you would think he would be able to give you some type of medical information regarding mesh related issues after the fact. Dr. Ross ordered an ultrasound which was performed in a timely manner and NEVER called with results! We called over a period of 3 weeks requesting results with no response or care from anyone at that office. However he did offer to place more mesh in my husband on "hernias" he found that we have since had a 2nd opinion on and they are so small and are of no threat to my husbands health. I highly do NOT recommend Dr. Ross

Dr. Ross and his nurse Julie are two of the hardest working people I have met. They really care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. When I was having problems with my incisions, I was able to send a picture and they were able to tell me if I needed to come in for a visit or what I could do at home to treat it. I felt very comfortable doing that and proves how important technology is. Dr. Ross and Julie are always quick to get back with you and are very professional. I am proud to have them as part of my medical care team. Thank you for all you do and for the sacrifices you make. You are greatly appreciated.

When I first went to Dr Ross he was very prompt. If I had a concern or issue I was responded to right away, now it is days if I even get a response. His nurse used to be friendly and made you feel like she truly cared and was concerned about you as a patient, but lately has been very short and acts like you don't matter. It is very disappointing to see these changes. I would still recommend Dr Ross to others. I don't know if they are overbooked or what, but I hope the future holds better results.
