Kind patient compassionate and all around great

I have a long and illustrious history of back pain due to an injury I recieved when I was in the military. Over the past two decades I have had numerous epidurals and surgeries to relieve inflammation and pain associated with my condition as it continues to deteriorate. The treatment I recieved from Dr. Sonser has been the best experience I have had to date by a wide margin when it comes to pain management. First and foremost, he approaches the managment of pain from a conservative position using more invasive methods only as needed and as the condition warrants. When the course of treatment warranted a series of steroid injections into my spine I was nervous having had a few bad experiences in the past with other doctors. To be fair, these instances involved issues and complications due to the nature of my condition. I proceeded with the treatment without any issues or side effects and very little discomfort. Dr. Sonser and his skilled staff did an excellent job and today I am able… to once again walk without a cane and can manage the occasional flare up with over the counter NSAIDs. I would highly recommend Dr. Sonser if you are seeking alternatives to surgery or fusion to see if he can provide you relief.

Really disappointed with Dr. Sonser's attitude, bedside manner, and overall unwillingness to help my pain. He made me feel like he didn't believe me. He tried to push injections on me even though I have a connective tissue disorder, he seemed shocked when I told him that injections harmed connective tissue. I truly wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Beware of this MD and his office staff. You will wait a very long time to receive care, if you receive it at all. The office claims necessary paperwork has not been received over and over. The MD is not a licensed anesthesiologist. Worst MD and office staff every encountered!

After 8 months and finally kgetting the medical records I can see how they're lying to cover up their tracks They gave me appointments when the doctor is on vacation. And then claim I did not show up for my appointment while the e-mails can clearly show the truth. I continuously asked for an injection to stop the pain I didn't think it would be this hard I didn't think it would be this much trouble but I have gotten to know everybody's name over and over and still have not gotten an injection now I'm forced to have to file complaints and try to get this injection elsewhere after 8 months of trying

Dr. Sonser is courteous, compassionate and listens well. Takes plenty of time not only on a professional lever vut a personal level. I have been a patient for for app 2 years and have had nothing but a good experience.

does not compare to any other dr. i have been to. actually cares and takes time with patients. i get my back "shots" from him and call him and his staff my "dream team". brandy and steve are awesome. thank you for what you do for me
