Dr V. Is awesome, I wouldn't change drs for anything. The best I've ever seen. Over the 10 years I'm starting to see some changes with the front desk help. It needed to be done.

I just love Dr. Vandehey! Very passionate about his patients, very caring, listens well. The only issue I have with the office is the front desk, some are rude. Carmen, Kayla and Laura to name a few.

Dr. vandehey is the best doctor downriver. He is patient, caring, down to earth, the best bedside manner of any doctor I've seen. He listen and tries every approach possible to help. Truly a very caring Doctor. It is ashame that his front desk help brings his ratings down. They are very condescending, rude and childish and make even a simple scheduling of an appt. a nightmare. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've honestly never been treated so rude as I have by these ladies. Except for the lady who does the referrals. She is very nice and caring and will go over and above to help you. Too bad the Dr and her couldn't go start their own practice.

Love Dr. Vandehey. Listens well. He cares and you can tell. The only problem I have is the front desk staff. Carmen is very rude over the phone.

Love the doctor and nurse and lab tech are very friendly. Receptionist is horrible however. My last experience was the last straw so I'm pulling myself and my kids and moving to an office down the street. My husband had already moved for this reason but it's so much trouble. Worth it now though to not be treated so poorly. I will miss the doc. Very good with kids.

I love Dr Vandehey, he takes time to talk with you, he doesn't rush through your visit & he is very nice & considerate to any issue you may have. I drive almost an hour to his office but I wouldn't change to another Doctor ever, he is the BEST!!!!
