Dr. Patrick Malcolm Woodward, MD

I made an appointment to see Dr. Woodward last week due to a referral. I received a call back two days before the scheduled appointment that my appointment had been cancelled (without prior notification) because over five years ago I had seen another doctor within the same practice. I was told that they "don't operate like Patient First where you can just see whoever you want," and that my request to see Dr. Woodward had the "whole office confused." I was told that they would not honor my scheduled appointment and they did not help me set up another. I have contacted the patient advocate for why I'm being refused services and await their response.

Judgmental. Called me a drug seeker. Treated with worst possible beside manner ever

Dr. Woodward is great and so is his nurse Amy. They make it easy to get appointments, and they do a great job "hosting" us patients. Dr. Woodward gives useful advice, suggesting low-tech options first before going to more "invasive" health solutions. He's personable & kind. A great physician.
