Dr. Pattie Jean Dimmette, MD

I had some tests done, and no-one has contacted me about my results. I have called several times leaving messages and I also talked to the front office. Finally someone called and said that they would get with Dr. Dimmette. Needless to say it's been over a week now and still no results. My tests were done over a month ago. Very unprofessional

Front office doesn't return phone calls. When you do get a hold of them, they talk to you like you're an idiot. Wait times to be seen are very long. They're very disorganized especially with the paperwork. they slap me with a 180 dollar bill for services rendered, but they got my wife's name wrong and my insurance carrier wrong. When I called to fix the problem, they were rude, obnoxious, claimed the front office doesn't make mistakes and doesn't fix mistakes. On top of that they wouldn't listen to the problems I was having with this bill.

Your gonna wait a long time every time!

If you enjoy visiting the DMV and would like to destroy the joy of being pregnant, go to this office. Patients are treated horribly by staff and experience ridiculous waiting times. How are you going to leave pregnant women in a waiting room for hours with no food or water? Add to that, when I had an ultrasound, all of the previous patient's information was on the screen. The worst.

The staff is exceptionally terrible. Overbooked. Patient is always wrong. Don't waste your time here.

Horrible

Dr Dimmette delivered my 6 year old daughter. I had such a great experience in her old Office. I decided to go back when I found out of my second Pregnancy. Now this experience in this new Office with New staff is horrible. The staff in the front are rude and lazy. They need to learn customer service and how to help us pregnant women out. Not to have us waiting for over 2+ hours in office and for them to do their job right. Im so sorry for Dr Dimmette she is a great ob Doctor but she needs to get ride of most of her staff especially the girls in the front. After this experience I will not be coming here ever again and especially wont refer anyone here

Sadly, during my many appointments and conversations with fellow patients, I have never heard a non-staff member say that this office staff is great. I am hoping to remain a patient and Dr. Dimmette will take steps to address the negative treatment of her patients, by her assistant, when she is not present. I believe this doctor to be a top-notch OB/GYN. Your decision to utilize her services should be based upon how willing you are to be treated wonderfully by her, yet horribly by her staff.

I love Dr.Dimmette! I have been seeing her for almost three years and she has managed two pregnancies with me. You might have a wait but also I've been in and out of there in 20 mins before! I love her staff, they are always nothing but nice to me and remember my name every time - I feel so welcome. Dr Dimmette is kind, great bedside manner, hugely knowledgeable and for a paranoid patient like me she completely puts my mind at rest. She does all the deliveries herself so when you need her she will be there. She is very dedicated and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I have tolerated being treated like an interruption by this office staff for long enough. NO, this truly wonderful doctor is N O T "worth it". NOTHING is worth being brought to tears by the most obnoxious office staff I have experienced in my 38 years of life. This is a long-term problem. This office is managed horribly. I tried to hang in there over the past year's attempts at improving, which basically amounted to smiling WHILE being rude. I can't take it anymore. honestly the fear of calling or coming in for appointment has to have hurt my health if anything.
