Best Urologist in Tampa bay , he saved my husband from permanent tubing at an advanced age 88. Did a fantastic job . Knows technic others do not and do everything he can to save my husband from his miserable condition and succeeded when others had nothing to propose

Waiting time is long, usually 90 minutes. When you mention this to the doctor, he says you are being nasty. His time is more valuable than yours. Front staff can be nasty, obviously overworked or not working in a pleasant environment and they get nasty with you. My biopsy for the prostate was done but doctor says I may need another one three months later. He wasn't happy with first one even though it was negative. Instead of suggesting an MRI or just doing another PSA test, which is less invasive, he wants to do another biopsy within that short period of time. It's all about money; maybe that's why he always overbooks and the front staff is stressed. I'm not going back.

You have been warned. The worst medical experience. Arrogant egotistical for what reason I dont know The worst.

I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for the last few years. I am very pleased with him as my urologist and as a caring physician and human being. Dr. Arnold is very knowledgeable and professional, yet he is easy to communicate with and makes his patients feel comfortable.

Dr Arnold performed a procedure on my prostate He did not managed my pain during or after the procedure, I finished up in the ER that night. The drugs he prescribed through the ER doctor were not carried by normal pharmacies. I was without pain control for more than 30 hours. Whenever I called Clayton, Dr Arnold’s nurse it took between 8 and 30 hours for him to get back to me. I had blood in my urine for more than a month In the end I asked my GP for another referral and got a new urologist Do not go near this guy. I have Aetna and when I looked at his reviews on there there were 14 reviews with an average score of 2 out of 5. The most common adjectives used to describe him are Arrogant, Uncaring, Defensive. The guy is a creep IMHO STAY AWAY

I saw Dr Arnold for a prostate issue so let’s examine what went wrong: 1) He did not manage my pain during the procedure 2) He did not manage my pain after the surgery 3) I finished up in the emergency room later that night which elicited a tirade from him 4) The pills he prescribed for bladder cramps could not be found anywhere 5) Basically I was without pain control for more then 36 hours 6) I had blood in my urine for more than a month, he said this was “normal” 7) when I called his office and left messages asking for help it would take generally 48 hours for them to respond. 8) He has zero people skills and no empathy at all 9) In the end I could not handle it any longer and found myself another urologist Suggestion: DO NOT WASTE your time with this “doctor” it is guys like him that give doctors a bad name and he is the kind of guy who is going to get sued BIGTIME

Dr. Paul Arnold should refer patients with cancer to an Oncologist when they have cancer. My dad trusted Dr. Arnold. Me not so much. I did not appreciate being called into his office with my father and mother and in the middle of the conversation when I asked what were we looking at on the last MRI - appeared to be a mass- and Dr. Arnold excuses himself, says we need to make another appointment because he needs to review the film further. My opinion and this is my opinion, is he did not review before the appointment. All the time Dr. Arnold treated my dad for bladder cancer my father never had radiation of chemotherapy. I was able to get my dad a second opinion appointment, but he never made it. The last time Dr. Arnold saw my dad while my dad was in the hospital, he told him there was nothing more he could do for him. Dr. Arnold lacks compassion as he could have had my dad call his loving family to be by his side when he gave him the news. Instead my dad calls me tearful… to bring his wife to the hospital so he can give her the news. Better bedside manner please. My father is now deceased and greatly missed.
