Always available and listens carefully to my needs. Many times offering alternative solutions tailoring my care as he thinks best. I never hesitate to call and always feel that I am being taken care of by an intelligent and caring physician.

The nasty receptionist acts as if your bothering her, and she does not want to do her job. She is rude and disrespectful, which being in this kind of profession she would know how to act accordingly. I would give them no stars if I could. Get a better receptionist.

Dr. Burns has been my doctor for over twenty years. He is a kind, compassionate physician who truly cares about his patients. My immediate as well as extended family trust him with all our healthcare needs. Excellent doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Burns for over 20 years. He is very thorough and never leaves anything unanswered. He is a very caring doctor and makes sure you get any tests done. Time is never an issue with him he will spend as much time as you need to answer all of your questions. I am truly blessed to have him as my doctor.

I left Dr. Burns because of his uncaring ways. I brought my child with me to an emergency appointment, because I had to be seen and had no sitter and was told I should leave my kid at home. I also was experiencing great anxiety and panic attacks back then, and didn't know what to do. He had his secretary call and tell me to go find help. He made me always feel awkward and like I was bothering him. I left quickly and would never recommend him to even my worst enemy.
