This is the only Doctor other than my medical dr.who has taken the time to read his notes in the computer about my previous visits. He answers every question on my level! He is quiet seems to be looking at previous tests and results when i ask a question and entering info from that days visit.The only complaint i would have is my patient portal. Its not like any one i have or have had. I was to get an answer after he compared all my tests to see if he thought i have m.s. Figured since nobody called it would be on my patient portal it isn't and last i looked at it, it really says nothing of what i have mostly a few test results and a lot of I'm a smoker. I had a emergency hospital stay right from his office thought he would come and check in on me as i was right there in a hospital he works at. My nurses were shocked he did not come also. I still rate him a 5 he knows what he's doing! Read 2 comments and you can not justify complaints from persons only going to first visit. I'm sorry to… read the ongoing terrible review from the other one. Call Doctor Bustion make an appointment ask questions people nobody can read your mind he doesn't know what your questions are ASK! if your not happy tell him. I do not know why anybody would stay with a doctor long enough to experience such things as written in that review if they didn't get what they expected the first 2 or 3 visits. Dr. Bustion is by far the most professional and personally the most knowledgeable Neurologist in the Midwest. He looks at every possibility before making an determination of your illness.

This doctor has no personality and seems weird. Maybe he is so intelligent that he comes off that way. If you want detailed information, facts and some personality Do not go to him. It was my first visit

Being in the medical field, I cannot believe that physicians like this man are still practicing. Not only was his knowledge limited but his bedside manner unethical. Unfortunately, we were referred to him by the hospital. It has been a disaster with a grave outcome for my family. RUN...RUN...away from this person and seek another opinion. He should have retired a long time ago. I doubt he keeps up with his mandatory continuing education.
