Best CFS treatment protocal of any CFS doctor

Brilliant, kind, humble, and absolutely devoted to his patients and to solving the complex puzzle that is his disease specialty. Pays no attention to his detractors, but lives every day working to make his patients' lives better. Expensive, yes, but it's a LOT for the money: one is required to see him only once a year and he spends the entire day with you. He tests progress by a number of methods, including 1.5 hours looking at all major organs, esp. heart and brain, via a very advanced 4D Doppler Echocardiograph and as well a regimen of standard "hands-on" tests. Lovely, respectful bedside manner and absolutely NO God complex, though he is without doubt the most intelligent and well-read/up-to-date doctor I have ever known. He is always available to his patients by email or phone, and sends near-daily emails to the entire patient group expressing his latest thoughts, research, and correspondence with other CFS/ME physicians and researchers - at no additional cost. No question or… suggestion ever offends him: he is open to conversation and debate, and - though he is clearly superior in his field, one of the top few in the world - he treats patients as equals. A wonderful doctor who clearly loves his work, after 40 years of doggedly seeking the answer to this disease puzzle that is only now (in 2015) beginning to receive the serious attention it deserves nation- and worldwide.

This guy charges $13 a minute and doesn't cure a thing - he profits off pain.

This dr takes advantage of desperate patients. He actually has a stop watch on his desk and charged me $8 per MINUTE. He let the stopwatch keep running While he used the bathroom. Most of the tests he orders are non-standard and not Covered by insurance . He has done many dangerous treatments including High-dose HGH while administering bovine and pig "Growth factors." He is awful at laying out his diagnostic road map for Your health. He loves to talk very unnecessarily medical-ese So that he can get the stopwatch to as high a number as possible. He once kept me there 90 minutes and charged me $720 (Insurance paid me $108), and he ordered $1200 in lab work. He also tried to get me to buy a $600 water filter and a $500 bouncy chair . He views people who are sick as potential money for him. He charged me $150 to write a one page letter I needed for work. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL TO ASSESS HIS SINCERITY. He is a dangerous man.

He only has one criteria: can the patient pay. I saw him for five years. He actually has a stop watch and is clear on the $10/ minute rate, and he keeps the clock running when HE needs to use bathroom!People skills are poor, he does not respect women, and he is an eletist snob. He loves to ramble and go full-on Dr speak to feed his ego. His treatment with unregulated bovine growth factor products proves he does not care about spongiform encephalopathy .

Doctor Cheney was creative in his use of treatments for chronic fatigue syndrome but was extremely expensive. My money ran out before he was able to do much for me
