Dr. Paul S. Cooper is a board-certified orthopaedist specializing in the treatment of all conditions of the foot and ankle. Specifically, Dr. Cooper's focus has been in the development of new technology and procedures for the reconstruction of ankle disorders, diabetic complications and failed foot surgeries.
