Dr. Paul Craig Diamond, DO

I had an awful experience with Dr. Diamond/this office. I went to Dr. Diamond as a new patient for an annual visit. Dr. Diamond gave me a requisition for labs for what I assumed to be the typical annual labs that I've always gotten for as long as I can remember. Imagine my shock when a bill showed not only Thousands of dollars of tests, but so many tests above and beyond ones I've ever had done before. I asked around to family & friends and they too hadn't ever had many of those tests done - especially for a typical annual physical. My coverage brought the bill down to hundreds of dollars however around $500 more than what I pay on average for yearly labs. This is not about my coverage - this is about being blindsided by unexpected labs because the doctor didn't discuss with me about all the labs he was ordering (and lab requisitions aren't easy to understand for those of us non-medical individuals). This has been such an emotionally (& financially) upsetting experience.

Hi everyone I got lucky I moved to Boca in 2004 and my neighbors were using dr Diamond for for years and gave him high reviews. I called got an appointment and I never looked back. He is a doctor that really takes care of his patients

Dr Diamond is the most thorough doctor I've ever met. He really takes the time to evaluate your concerns and has a terrific bedside manner. I'm so happy I found him.

When you call to remove or change an appointment the service is very very bad and leave waiting in the calls or when you want to leave a message sounds busy. Very poor service that discourages

If getting service in any form of an acceptable time frame is important to you,look elsewhere. If making calls, all unanswered, is your hobby then Dr. Diamond's office management is for you. If waiting three to four weeks for an appointment is what you like, choose this practice. If definitive assistance is what you seek go elsewhere. I personally have never experienced worse in a healthcare provider. I believe he and his staff have decided they don't want to be bothered. But don't take my word for it, just call. Make sure you keep a book to read handy as the probability of someone answering the call is slim. I have made 14 calls to the office over the last two weeks, left messages with the answering service, and voicemail, no callback. They didn't call the pharmacy back either and all I had was a refill request.

Dr. Diamond always takes time with me and answers all my questions. He is always there for me and helped me when other doctors were not available for me. He is compassionate and his calm demeanor is very soothing..

Dr. Diamond is a very experienced and especially thorough physician; unlike many doctors we have seen in Florida, he actually spends some time with you, so if it means you have to wait a little, it is well worth your time. My entire family and in-laws are switching to him as our doctor.

I've been coming to Dr Diamond for years. The new staff is amazing. Congratulations finding such caring and efficient staff. I wouldn't trust my care to any other Doctor. <3

Dr. Diamond is one of the few doctors still around who cares for his patients. I am treated well by his staff and he takes a genuine interest in my health and well being. I highly recommend him if anyone is looking for a new doc.
