Dr. Paul Richard Eber, MD

Dr Eber was condescending to my father’s complaints of post-op urological issues. He and his staff incorrectly positioned my father for an ultrasound and missed for 2 WEEKS that his bladder was not voiding AT ALL! After this delay and a prostate procedure to assist in urination, Dr. Eber and his staff were dismissive of continual and increasing back pain. In the end, after 1 month under Dr. Eber’s care, we finally took my dad to an ER and he was diagnosed with an MRSA multilocular muscular infection as well as sepsis. 4 months later, he died of complications from sepsis. I strongly believe Dr Eber’s dismissive attitude and the policy (stated on the phone to me ) of having his NP rather than another urologist in the practice see patients while he is out of town contributed to the downward spiral that led to my father’s sepsis.

Within about 8 minutes, Dr. Eber told me there was nothing he could do for my back-to-back complicated UTIs. He could put me on a prophylactic dose of antibiotics. I asked him, "...for how long?". He yelled, "For years", at which point he walked out of the room. His nurse returned saying that she had electronically sent in my Rx. Four days later I had to call the office and let them know that a prescription hadn't been called in. Stay away from this jerk. Conrad Pearson should be very worried about the damage this ilk of doctor to their reputation!

Rude. Very rude. It's time for my yearly check up, but I have cancelled my visit to Dr. Eber. One reason , I've been having problems, and I want to see someone who acts like he or she cares. I saw him for three years .... that's more than enough. Very nice staff, but not Eber .

This is the type of Doctor everyone needs. He explains things so you may understand them and answers all question thoroughly. Great man.

This doctor is rude, I felt like I was interrupting him by having a kidney stone. On one appointment he answered his cell phone while he was in the room with me! It was his Mother! Who does that?

Eber is knowledgeable, but brash. Preformed 2 procedures on me about 1.5 months apart for kidney stones, and I still have kidney stones. Main concern is "Billing Office". First procedure--@ Methodist Germantown. I pay $100.00 "co-pay" and rest is covered 100%. (No Problem) Second procedure @ "Surgery Center in same building"-- same deal--I pay $100.00 co-pay and rest is covered 100%. I am receiving bill for $150.00 and billing office (Trish) refuses to find out what the bill is for. What does 100% mean? Finally says it is a "doctor's fee" and turn me over to collection. Never will darken the door of Conrad/Pearson clinic again.
