I have had many visits with Dr. Gagne. He’s so accomplished so kind and so caring he listens when you speak explains everything you need to know and the care is absolutely stellar

Dr. Gagne is a skilled and talented surgeon who has helped me with vascular issues due to Type 2 diabetes. From his front desk to the nurses and treatment people, all are a pleasure to work with. They help with any questions you have and explain every procedure, with the pros and cons given. It is a pleasure to rate Dr. Paul Gagne and his office with high marks!

Polite, friendly and caring. I was on time and so was Dr Gagne. A preliminary visit to screen for problems before surgery.

I never got to actually see him. They called to reschedule my appointment THREE times, then called once again to reschedule for the fourth time. I finally told them to forget it. I need to actually SEE a doctor about my legs, not keep playing phone tag with the office. This is inexcusable.

After waiting for one and one half hours to see Dr. Gagne, a simple apology would have been gratefully accepted ( honey vs. vinegar has myriad uses). Instead I received a curt response and felt disappointed in his rushing abruptness. He suggested I go on a statin and we would check results in six months. This time he claimed he had nothing to do with this. Human kindness always wins!

Dr. Gagne is excellent. He is extremely experienced, takes the time to understand and diagnose your problem, is very crisp in his thought process which he shares with you in a very understandable manner,and is a very nice person. Top shelf for sure! The practice's back-office administration is not on a par with Dr. Gagne's excellence.

After waiting 2 hours in the Darien office I walked out. I was left sitting in a room to finally see the Dr. Never happened. The office never even called or contacted me.

Dr. Gagne worked closely with my neurosurgeon prior to and during my extensive back operation and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gagne. He was attentive, caring, and provided expert state of the art care for my vascular system including finding and resolving a blood clot in my leg. I will always be grateful for having the opportunity to be in his care.
