Dr. Paul B Griggs, MD

I’ve been to so many doctors over my lifetime that I can spot one with a bad bedside manner, believe me. Dr. Griggs treated me with respect, answered my questions, provided me with additional information about the health of my eyes. As I was leaving I told him “I wish I’d met you years ago”. Such good care. So little discomfort.

Dr. Griggs was extremely rude and condescending. When I brought up new concerning symptoms, he spoke to me like I was a child and just defined simple terms such as “nearsightedness” as if that would make me feel better. Then when I expressed that a part of the exam was causing me pain, he became visibly frustrated that I was slowing down his process. He clearly hates being asked questions and has no interest in making patients feel comfortable.

I have been treatment by Dr. Griggs for sometime now and my visuals face always been pleasant, from the first check in, preliminary procedures to actual treatment and follow up scheduling. I would recommend anyone with even a slight indication if AMD to come and visit him.. the earliest the better. Thank you dr. Griggs and your wonderful staff.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Griggs for so many years now and have complete confidence in his expertise/skill to keep my condition controlled. When your eyesight is on the line, trust in your provider is non-negotiable..I trust Dr griggs to administer the treatment for my condition and keep my eyesight stable and healthy! He is direct and clear in his communication which I appreciate.

I arrived early so started appointment early. Had 3 or 4 exams, photos, etc and each were completed in rapid succession. Dr Griggs explained results thoroughly without any delay! Then I made next appointment with receptionist . Recommend DR Griggs highly!

He save my left eye because of a detached Retina. Eye is working great now.

Excellent visit as usual. He and his team exude both competence and friendliness - a combination you don't always find in a specialist's office.

My visits with Dr Giggs is great..he answers my questions and takes time wth me…my wait time is minimal…

I really only saw the woman that runs the Peripheral vision machine. She was really excellent. I have had several of these before, but no one was as attentive to the process and whether I remained in the proper position for an accurate result. She was gentle, kind, etc.

I have been a patient of Dr. Griggs for several years. Was referred to him by my optometrist office. His office has been timely and efficient with outstanding service.
