I've been seeing Dr. Hagood for a couple years now. He always explains things in terms i understand, and ensures that I'm on board with whatever treatment is necessary. Great doc!

Doctor Hagood is a very competent Surgeon and Urologist. Listens to his patients and cares about their feelings. It is my opinion that he is one of the best Urologist in this area.

Lacks bedside manners, almost to the point of being rude. Impatient and arrogant. If you’re looking for a soft spoken understanding Doctor look elsewhere.

Do NOT use this doctor. My friend had a botched surgery, complications and this doc never came to see him afterward. My friend is in a lot of pain and this doctor never ever cared. Worst doctor ever... would never recommend him even to an enemy.

While Dr. Hagood is an excellent doctor, his staff is not up to par. If you are going to work in the patient care, you should have good people skills and care about the patients you are serving. They need to be reminded they work for the patients and that these are people they are serving. When a patient says they are about to pass out after waiting an hour for the PA, his staff threw a bag at my dad and a wash cloth. This was after I called twice to ask someone to check on him since he was in a room about to pass out due to pain. Their attitudes on the phone as well as in the office need much improvement or they need to find new careers.

I almost died because he didn't give correct information about my bladder lift procedure which turned out he didn't even do. It's been 4 yrs and I am still in reconstruction surgery. I HAVE TO WEAR A Ileostomy Bag. Then refused me a copy of my records and left Ponca City without notice. Now he back in Tulsa. I am not the only VICTIM.
