Dr. Paul John Hannan, MD

I've been lucky to find a few very good pain management doctors and also some very bad ones. Dr. Hanna is one of the best. I only just started to see him and now he is moving away. He is the only doctor who took the time to diagnose my pain issues. He took the time to read over my history and asked me many questions that no one else bothered to. He is very knowledgeable and takes all the time with you that you need. Once again I'm on the search for a new doctor that won't want to completely change all my medications that work and force me to try a lot of new scarey stuff. I'll miss you Dr. Hanna!

Highly educated and knowledgeable about the need for compassionate care in the area of managing chronic pain associated diseases. Very pleasant to speak with, approachable with questions, treats patients with due respect.

I have been seeing Dr. Paul for over 3 years. To me he is the best pain Dr. I have seen a couple other drs. before him. He takes his time with you and listens and explains things to you. Yes the wait is a little long at times but to me I would rather wait to see him than go to another Dr. Who only spends a few minutes with you just to get your money and doesnt care. I have 2 good drs. My family Dr. And Dr. Paul.

Does anyone know what happened to Dr Hannan in Newark Delaware? I had a appointment with him today and when I pulled up and patients were waiting and there were no note on the door and no one is answering the phone. He was there last week when I called to ask a question but now the doors are locked and I waited 2 hours and nobody showed up. No explanation . Does anyone know what happened to him?

HE DOESN'T JUST GET YOU IN AND OUT LIKE MOST DR'S. DR. HANNAN ACTUALLY LISTENS TO YOUR CONCERNS. HE EXPLAINS IN DETAIL IN WORDS I UNDERSTAND. THERE IS NO OTHER DR. OUT THERE THAT I CAN TRUST LIKE DR. HANNAN.

He need to watch some of the people who work for him. He is overall a wonderful doctor.

dr. Paul Hanna...is an absolute perfectionist his bedside manner rate 10 stars...this doctor is a very concerned man about my welfare my heath..he absolutely is caring he takes his time with me every visit..he is always going over all of my prescriptionshe will actually asked me how they are working now what doctor does that...I'll tell you 0 I love dr. Hannon I will be staying with him for the rest of my life...thank you Dr Hanna and you are so wonderful you are you are what a doctors should be and more..thanks for giving my life back to me...I was on so much medication prior to being a patient of dr. Hannah....and it's simply wore me down my first visit with dr. Hannah I came in with i WalkerI now have been with dr. Hanna for over two years..I now walk with a cane hallelujah thank you Jesus for finding this wonderful magnificent doctor for me

Dr hannan is a great Dr he knows his stuff. The wait is lengthy most times. But over all it would be a great office if the staff didn't change all the time and if they had a nurse and qualified persons to issue ur drug screens. They have conducted drug screens and mixed them up you always have to pay attention to the one who does them if you aren't to her liming you will be easily discharged by her doing and not yours they will give you a chance to buy your own test and take it there to prove your innocent but who wants to go to an SunTrust worthy place that does things like that..

The Dr is great until they decide if they Luke you or not. If there is an issue they will falsfy ur urine to discharge you. They have done it to me twice and then you have to spend your own money to prove you are innocent. Please if you want honest results find another place to go. Also the staff is different every month not very organized either.

Finally a doctor that takes his time with his Patients. Truly cares about your health . Every apointment your not rushed in and out like all other doctors . This alone shows he truly cares and wants you understand what's going on with your body , not just writing scrips like your a lab rat ! 1st down to earth pain doctor !
