You wrote me a prescription back in the 90's when you practiced out of Huguley Memorial Hospital, Fort Worth, TX. I still have it today, because it set be on a path to recovery.

Very super great doctor and man, sure hated to lose him

I really like this office and physician, I've been waiting for a doctor that I felt this comfortable with, that I felt was listening and patient with me while trying to understand what's going on with my health care. He's fantastic and his support staff is wonderful.... you just don't get that these days.

Dr. Haynes was able to help me treat an issue that has been affecting me for years. He was extremely courteous, not a pill pusher doctor like some can be - took the time to listen and was a very open listener. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Not just another doc who doesn't listen! Even took the time to follow up after my visit. The office staff were all very friendly and polite and were able to get me in on a short notice and my follow-up visit went just as smooth as the initial visit. Would highly recommend.

I had blood drawn for testing. Next day went in for results. I spent 45 minutes waiting in the exam room. Dr. came in and told me everything is normal except one number. Gave me a prescription to fix it, no big deal. Next day the office calls and wants to set up time for ultrasound and x-rays acting as if I know what they are talking about. I tell them I think they called the wrong person, I got a prescription and I am done. Nope, Dr decided he wanted more tests. Turns out my insurance wouldn't pay for the ultrasound, but would pay for x-ray. I said fine, I'll get the x-ray, was told to come in first thing AM to get referral to go to the X-ray place. Showed up at 8:00 am since that's when they open. Sat in front of the door until 8:30 am. Place was closed and locked. Then I get a call from some ultrasound place telling me my ultrasound appointment was on Monday at 9:00am. Had to tell them I wasn't getting one. Overall I got the feeling they didn't care about your… schedule or life. They can be 45 minutes late for your appointment, not open on time, and you should be happy about that. They will setup appointment dates and times for you without seeing if the time is good for you. You have to make time for them. I have to say the two back to back visits were the worst experiences in customer service I've ever had at any sort of business. Dr. Haynes treats you like you're an idiot. And kept just wanting to drug me for depression. The only thing I have to be depressed about is the fact that idiot doctors like him make so much money. I'm currently looking for another Dr to go to.
