Dr. Paul William John, MD

Questionable diagnoses, rude front desk and charges an annual fee in addition to regular office visit payment which goes up every year.

I would not recommend this doctor under any circumstances they illegally charge credit card without authorization at least it's in the fine print they also have questionable business practices the front office does not care about you all that they want is your money and they will go to Great Lengths yearly office fees without any Services being rendered if you decide that you do not want to pay it they will not return your calls and they will quit seeing you the woman that is married to the doctor there is very rude and sneaky she acts like she's entitled and arrogant and if you don't pay the voluntary feed that she's asking for without any Services being rendered she becomes indignant do yourself a favor and see another doctor

I have been seeing Dr. John for over 16 years and I cannot say enough good things about the care and professionalism that he has. I am generally healthy and see him once a year for my physical although recently I have been prescribed a medication (that has been life changing) and it requires me to see him every three months. Much of his staff has remained the same over this time period and I have referred several patients to him including my wife and son. Everyone agrees with my opinion of his care and I only hope that he continues his practice until I retire so that I can continue to get this excellent level of care into my golden years.

I have been a patient for longer than I can remember. His understanding, empathy, knowledge and overall concern of his patients is truly a blessing and a gift. This goes for his entire office. I am so glad they are my caretakers and listening to what the patient is saying is unheard of. I look forward to going to his office each and every time. Not enough good words can be said about Dr. John and his office.

I have been with him for multiple years, but like a previous reviewer, had a problem with a refill. I had overlooked the years of poor record keeping and my annual physical being a quick in and out because I generally liked Dr. John. I'm in very good health so my physical lasted all of 15 minutes. However, this last experience with my refill and his response to it when I escalated the issue within his office has left me looking for another doctor. I would not recommend him. Unless you are willing to keep your own records (he asked me last time I was in what medications I was own and the amounts), find someone else. He's a nice guy, and I think he knows his stuff, but his office, their follow through, and his response to problems about his practice when they do rise - nope - get someone else.

I have been seeing Dr. John since about 2000 and I can say without a doubt he is the best doctor I have ever had and I'm 74 yrs old. Not only is he excellent but so is his Nurse Practioner and his office staff. I could not have done better anywhere else. He has seen me on good days and the worst days and I have always gotten the best of care.

My whole family has been seeing Dr. John & his assistant, Yvonna, for years & we love him. He always spends time with us and if when my husband was other symptoms, he was quick to refer us to a cardiologist & endocrinologists that saved his life!

I only saw Dr. John once. Every time I made an appointment to see him, I ended up seeing his nurse instead.. and was charged the same as I would have been charged if I saw the Dr. The nurse misdiagnosed me for psoriasis for several months, had me taking anti-fungal meds for weeks at a time, upping the dose and putting me different pills all because she was wrong about my condition. Finally the Dr. saw me and immediately gave me a correct diagnosis and told me to stop taking the meds his nurse had me on. The nurse is nice and seems knowledgeable but don't mistake that for a doctors' credentials. Insist on seeing the doctor when making your appointment.
