I come away completely dismayed + disillusioned with being farmed out to a Pain Management Doctor , after having a positive MRI and a Negative . I have had many surgeries on my spine , and always hated being reduced to taking pain medication to simply have some semblance of a normal life. I am told today that the new MRI miraculously does not show the 5 bone spurs it did 2 yrs ago? Why wouldn't we order a third MRI to confirm or deny? That wasn't the option given me this day. I once saw a pain Management Doctor who had me on more medication that. People dying of Cancer said one GP in SF who was amazing and took me at face value & didn't treat me as if I exaggerated my symptoms?! How I wish that were the case! I would much rather have a referral to a Ortho or Neuro to get to the bottom of what causes my daily excruciating pain, possibly do something about it rather than mask with pain meds?! I am NOT going to the Pain Management Doctor- I am seeking a second opinion as I need to know… what I'm really dealing with. Anyone on pain meds, knows the same dose doesn't get you high or affect you the way it does drug addicts. Very sad and upset after Today! Not only that, I would have appreciated him telling me this, however you can't hardly get a response from office staff during business hours .

I've been going to dr kramer for an little over a year. He's a great guy, very savvy about medical issues....he discovered my A1C was high, which I never knew before. He listens patiently, and I love his nurse, , Denise, too. Everyone in the office is great, and usually there is only a short wait time. Highly recommended!

Dr. Kramer has been my doctor for 15 years. When I call to make an appointment they how about tomorrow Kerri. His office staff are exceptional. Never have I been made to wait on anything. Dr. Kramer is an excellent doctor. I have been struggling with symptoms of fibromyalgia for quite some time. Dr. Kramer has been very kind and understanding to me, which if you know how a lot of doctors are about this diagnosis, I feel blessed. My whole family sees him. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I recently had to switch to a HMO after I got a new job. I was very concerned, as I have heard so many bad things about HMO's. My wife searched all the primary care doctors in the area, that we had access too. After narrowing it down to a few doctors, we then called each office, to get a feel of the front office. Dr. Kramer had the highest reviews and the first phone call was very pleasant.I first saw Dr. Kramer a few months ago to switch a medicine over to him. It was a great fiirst visit and I was pleasantly surprised and Dr. Kramer's great "bedside manner". He is extremely personable and very down to earth. My second visit was not as pleasant, NOT because of the doctor, but because I was so sick... Again, great service, extremely caring, and I felt better knowing that

Dr. Kramer has been my physician for 20 years. He is the best there is!!!!!

I have always been a little shy of Doctors, but Dr Kramer and his staff do everything they can to make my visits comfortable, even fun. His staff assists me happily with help on getting my medications, and answers my questions. I get great care there.

Dr. Kramer is compassionate and caring. You never feel rushed. I always feel like he treats people, not diseases. I'm very glad he's my doctor.

Great personable doctor

Visiting Dr. Kramer in his office is rather like visiting Dr. Marcus Welby. he is pleasant, making each patient feel he has time for a personal visit rather than an industrial appointment. He know medicine and cares!
