Horrible experience, would never reccomend to any one.

Bedside manner is horrible. Snotty and does not care to connect with patient and family. Reconsidering him. Need to find another ENT at PAMF

My daughter saw Dr. Krauss. He was the second opinion, and gave a very clear explanation of what he found, what to expect, and spent the time to answer questions. My daughter felt very comfortable with him. He performed surgery that was very successful. He was kind, professional, and did an excellent job.The office staff was also very helpful.

Dr. Krause was nothing but professional, courteous, kind, and prompt. I had a medical problem that needed prompt attention and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule with ease both in his medical office and at the surgical center. I am very thankful he was able to help.

horrible experience - the doctor and staff were rude and didn't seem to know what was going on. needed to get a second opinion who told me something completely different. if you need an ent doctor, do yourself a favor and don't go here.
