Horrible horrible admin up front. Had an appointment set for months. My father shows up. She's super condescending, rude, and has major anger problems. Maybe she was having a bad day but a person like this should not be in the healthcare business. Perhaps the doctor is great we never made it there because she was extremely rude. The admin person is super argumentative and very blatantly bad service attitude. My father insurance changed between Dec and Jan and she claimed it's our fault not her problem. Basically said leave or pay out of network which was fine to do. Then she said if we go then she'll charge a cancellation fee of 45 because that's office policy. How ridiculous that is when we did show up, then she said it's 100% my father's fault. We will be sure to tell all our friends and family and people about this occurrence.

Number one in my book.

He did unnecessary testing which I assumed was to raise the cost of my bill. I went to him for one condition (a consultation) and he did two hearing tests on me.

Spends more time than any other doctors. Very knowleadgeable and thinks outside the box--brainstorms and asks questions--assess possibilities and gives options in his plan of care or next step. Staff is very acomodating.
