hes a good doc who listens an i do believe he understands he did hve a nurse practictioner i believe he fired was rude and treated u like trash he also hs a great staff but he did have two that always acted like you were bothering them fortuatly one quit and the other two faced one is there wish he wold be more clear on his policys but overall think hes a great guy and stands behind hs patients he relly does need to communicate more with his therapy dept

he canceled me because I thought my medicine got stolen . and the whole time my meds were in my wifes purse.. he looks for a way to cancel you

he is great however his nurse practioner is awful. she is not pleasant and does not spend time with you, has terrible bed side manner and for short and to the point. She has zero tolerance and not compansioniate.

this guy acts like hes king and your going to kiss his you know what to get a prescription. my doc retired and I went in there and he starts changing my prescriptions. and then comes off with if you don't like it you can find another doctor. hes arrogant have fun if you go there.

I have been going to Dr Laclair for about two years, He understands pain, and he cares for his patients, He is the only reason I have some kind of quality of life. I am sick of some people calling him a drug pusher, because they are wrong. Thank You Dr Laclair for being there for me when no one else was. Drug seekers need not apply. And also the doctors has a wonderful staff.

Dr. Laclair was great to work with, pleasant, answered all my questions. Referred me for PT which helped a ton. His staff however is useless. I've called on 2 different occasions leaving a message to be called back, neither call was ever returned. One was for scheduling the other was in regards to my medical records. They even messed up my initial PT appointment causing me to see a different therapist than who I was working with. Someone managerial came out and apologized at least. Dr is great, staff..not so much.

Very caring, thorough in his exam. The patient's health and comfort are of utmost importance to this Doctor. Would recommend him to anyone. Great guy

Doctor did little or nothing to improve my condition, functionality or help me return to work, it seemed like he only wanted to keep me off and collect fees.
