Love this office! Great staff, clean and always helpful! I love having the late hours available and I love that there is a sick waiting room and a well child visit waiting room! Genius! Sheri Vlam is so great with my kids. She is always going the extra mile to make sure they are happy and healthy. She is so positive and very informative when we have appointments. I appreciate that as a young mom. It is such a peaceful thought knowing that I am able to get my kids in whenever I need to and know they will be taken care of. Thank you South Summit Pediatrics!

Dr. Lei is amazing! He saved my son's life, when he was just a couple of days old, Dr. Lei recognized that he was dehydrated and admitted him to the NICU. He was also the only one out of the 4 PA's I saw in the office that saw that my 3 month old son had double ear infections and double pink eye.

Dr. Lei is a great doctor. He is worth the wait.

Hands down Dr. Lei is a great doctor. The problem I have is that they will nickel and dime you for every possible charge they can get from you. Instead of writing off $1 that the insurance won't cover they will charge you for it. I understand I am responsible for certain cost my insurance won't cover but I have never experienced this with any other doctor. The office manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional to deal with, unwilling to work through billing issues without a troubling fight! If you don't care about watching your medical expenses then this doctor is worth going to.

Dr. Lei truly cares about my kids! He is very caring, competent, and kind. the office stuff is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Leigh and all of his stuff to anyone. I always feel confident with his diagnosis and my children always enjoy seeing him.

We love Dr. Lei. He is the best! We are so fortunate to have found him. He is so wonderful with our new baby. He talks to my husband and I like we are family. He takes the time to explain things clearly to us. His staff is also wonderful and the office is beautiful.

my kids are not typical. My son had a milk protein allergy and severe reflux at just 5 weeks old. My daughter tested negative to RSV but needed to be hospitalized at just 3 weeks old. Dr Lei recognized each of these illnesses for what they were. He did not assume typical illness just because ALL the symptoms were not present. Recently my daughter had walking pnuemonia. Although she did not. Have all the symptoms of pnuemonia Dr Lei did not dismiss the symptoms she did have. After being treated for pnuemonia, her cough continued for weeks. We seen some of the PAs in the office during this time and each treated my daughter for common cold. Finally Dr Lei had a cancellation. So when he seen my daughter he recalled my son having a similar issue 4 years earlier and he wanted to treat her for reactive airway instead of common cold. Within hours my daughter has almost stop coughing completely and is sleeping great for the first time in weeks. Dr Lei treats each patient, not just the syptoms.… Thank you for EVERYTHING especially for my kids and their continued health.

We've been going to Dr. Lei for years but have recently decided that his rude staff and differing opinions of his PA's makes going to his office not worth it. We hate to leave his office, but his staff has been consistently rude and incompetent for years and we've had enough.

Dr Lei is Amazing. He has seen my girls (3,4,& 7) since the day they were born. The doctors, that work with him are good as well, but when it comes to the health of my children I trust him to get right down to the bottom of what is making them not feel good or to keep them healthy with their yearly well checks. My 3 year old is a happy healthy little girl, but my 4 and 7 year old girls have had some health issues. Dr Lei has been amazing in helpping us get them healthy. He is always available to answer any questions that I have and is amazing at coming up with right treatment plan to fit our lives while being just what my girls need to get better. I highly recommend this Dr to any one who is looking for a pediatrician to keep their children healthy or get their children healthy. He has an amazing network of other Dr's that he works with so anything that you may need he can help you with it.
