Dr. Paul Richard Lichter, MD

Dr. Paul Lichter is an ophthalmologist who graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed his residency at Pacific Presbyterian Medical Center. With 62 years of experience in eye care, he has dedicated his career to helping patients maintain and restore their vision.
