This doctor ran shady clinics in 3 different states and kept getting his license ripped away. prescribing pain medication to patients who don't really need it and getting them addicted and leaving them high and dry is a crime. this doctor has the blood on his hands of every one of his former patients who he got addicted to pain killers so he can make some easy money off of them. doctors like him fueled the opioid epidemic in this country. i hope you get a long jail sentence for your crimes.

I have done everything asked of me an out the blue calls to all of us but the ones he likes more gets there stuff but is shutting down at last minute I have fibro lupus had stage 4 cancer but he more worried about one with a bad knee I changed my insurance an everything just to put to trash I dont no what I'm do i just keep thinking be done i have real chronic issues pain illnesses

I have been seeing Dr. Madison for about 3 months now and I can honestly say I have gotten better. He will help you AS MUCH AS HE CAN! He always makes me feel important, like i matter. and everything is there, including physical thereapy. expect to be treated like family anytime you go!

I have been going to so many doctors and specialist that i have finally found somewhere that does it all! i get my check ups there, my physical thereapy there, my epidural shots there! i been going for about a year now and never leaving. Dr. Madisons office welcomes you as soon as you walk in. he is really patient. i never feel like im rushed, he ACTUALLY CARES!
