In 2006, he earned a doctorate from Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. Later, he completed an internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California, followed by residency training at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he was chief resident.When not working with patients, Dr. Mandelin enjoys trout fishing, fitness, classic car restoration, computers and technology, including audio/visual, GPS systems and amateur radio.
