Dr. Paul Sterling Mccollum, PhD

I went to Dr Mccollum office to conduct a Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory-2 test. I was informed the payment was $100 Cash only. upon entering the practice and patient information forms were notably dated. Within the patient information form in all the captions that asked for social security number I denoted the last four of such. Further this form asks for my address, date of birth and telephone number (credit profile) . I was informed that my entire social security number must be written in all the captions that asked for it. I ask what happens with these forms with all of this sensitive info? It was expressed to me that it sat in a box for ten years then it was professionally destroyed. I asked if it was possible my entire number could not be memorialized on paper and expressed I would be ok if it was stored on their computer. I also expressed that I was a victim of credit fraud in 2016. It was stated to me this is their policy that they need my full credit… profile on tangible documents. Nevertheless after spending over one hour taking a test , Dr Mccollum refused to certify a Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory-2 test. when there were zero valid reasons why his firm needed a whole credit profile when I was a cash customer .

Dr. McCollum is a true artist in his craft. He is an excellent psychologist whom I have had the privilege to have been evaluated by. His testing is straight forward, fair and direct to the point. His evaluation methods are solid and his demeanor is one of a caring person. I recommend this person to anyone who wants a truthful and direct evaluation of themselves. Charise M. Paschall

Dr. McCollum is a wonderful psychologist. I felt comfortable talking to him from the moment I first met him. His office Mgr, Tim is excellent as well and initially what made me want to come visit in the first place. The office is clean, peaceful and I felt relaxed with the doctor. Excellent experience!!
