He did not want to listen to my complaints. Very ignorant and would not budge or sympathize on any of my symptoms. Worst Dr. I have had any interaction with.

This guy needs to have his doctor license revoked. He’s a horrible doctor.

Really bad, I wanted a check up after my car accident and all he did was prescribed medicine for a congestion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM

Cost me a ton of money out of pocket, be very wary of doctor recommending going "across the hall" to Sarasota Memorial. This is NOT part of your office visit, a very expensive "outpatient procedure" claim bill came as a result. Will not be going back due to shady handling of my claim. Even my insurance carrier said they would have covered if his office had submitted claim differently. I got completely screwed over, and it was my "new patient' appointment. Will not be going back.

My regular doctor was not available so they gave me an appointment with this "doctor". He spent about 2 minutes with me, wouldn't listen to my explanation of my problem, then abruptly said "I'm done" and walked out. Calling him unprofessional would be an understatement. Certainly not paying the bill. If I could give zero stars I would.

Sorry he moved from 41 but still go to him as my PCP. He’s soo easy to talk to. I’m very comfortable with him. Can ask him anything. He’s attentive and does what’s required.

Dr Montoya did not instill confidence in me in his choices - uses outdated practices. Very unprofessional and uncaring

My first encounter with Dr Montoya was on Friday. He was ahead of schedule-and I was able to get right in. He got right to the point of my visit, ordered labs and gave me a Rx to enable me to eat again after 3 weeks of poor/ uncomfortable eating. Thank you so much Dr Montoya!

I recently relocated to the area and was in search a new doctor. I was having difficulty finding an office that could give me an appointment less than 4 weeks out. Dr. Montoya came highly recommended so I decided to give him a try. I was I able to get an appointment within 3 days! The office staff was very informative, pleasant, and welcoming. Nurse Andi was personable with a great sense of humor. Dr. Montoya was great! He was very attentive to my concerns and made recommendations without "just writing a prescription to move on to the next patient". He also had an awesome sense of humor. The staff definitely made the experience a great one. I would not hesitate to recommend his office to others.
