In the Spring of 2021, I realized I had a ruptured breast implant. Along with this rupture I had pain in the left breast and I knew I had to have this situation remedied as soon as possible. I did some research and discovered Dr. Papillion in the Cool Springs area. His patients could not say enough wonderful things about the doctor, their experience and their results. Upon meeting Dr. Papillion, I immediately knew I had found a kind and caring physician who could help me through this surgery. Dr. Papillion took his time to explain the surgery and all that would be involved in this exchange and my aftercare. Not long after our initial consultation, I had my surgery and now after some months of healing, I am so pleased to say the surgery was a great success. I am beyond thrilled with my beautiful result. Dr. Papillion and his amazing staff are the the most caring group of professionals, with a commitment to excellence. I am still seeing Dr. Papillion for continued aftercare as he… insists that the patient is completely satisfied and all is well with the final result. I couldn't be happier with the care I have received from the staff at CSPS. From the moment I scheduled a consultation to the after care from surgery and beyond, I have been completely impressed. As a mother of three, and years of breastfeeding I needed a lot of help. Dr. Papillion and his amazing nurse Jasmine eased any worry or anxiety I had and made me feel so comfortable. After walking me through all of my options I felt completely confident that a full lift and augmentation was the perfect choice for me. My surgery went amazingly well and I could not be happier with the results. I am 3.5 months post-op and feel beautiful and confident for the first time in a long time. Since surgery, I have also experienced a wonderful Dermaplaning session with Licensed Esthetician Heather Happy and a Botox session with Nurse Injector Olivia Salmen. Dr. Papillion is so knowledgeable and does amazing work... from my first consultation, I felt so comfortable letting him handle my surgery. He answered all my questions and eased all of my apprehensions and silly questions before and after my procedure and most importantly I love my results!

Dr. Papillion and the entire Cool Springs Plastic Surgery team are incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Before meeting with Dr. Papillion I had some fears/anxiety about the process but he made the entire process so smooth and stress free. Going under the knife IS a big deal and I'm thankful for a team who never made me feel pressured. Closer to my surgery date I began re-thinking my CC size and his team was happy to let me re-try on CC cups again, ensuring my satisfaction. Surgery went great and the results are even better than I imagined!
