My wait time was minimal. Dr. Paul Peters took time to explain my procedure in details and answered all my questions and concerned. From checking in to the x-ray tech, the woman scheduling my procedure, to the nurse who fit me in for steroid injections last minute! I was very pleased with the customer service. I felt valued and appreciated. The staff is five stars!! Highly recommend Dr. Peters and the Carrell Clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr Peters for 6 years. I am an 85 year old female and finally decided to have both knee replacements done at once. Dr Peters and Mary Ellen both assured me they would take care of me. The 4 days in the hospital went smoothly. The nursing staff were caring and made every effort to make me comfortable. If you are facing a knee replacement, don't hesitate, Dr. Peters and his staff will make sure you have excellent 5 star care from start to finish. They are the best! I highly recommend them!

Dr, Peters, Mary Ellen, and McKensie are a fantastic team!!! Dr. Peters went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and in good care..Since I have had Venus insufficiency in my lower leg, he did everything possible to be careful with that leg. I am so grateful to Dr. Peters, McKensie, and Mary Ellen for their caring and compassionate care. I plan to have them do my second knee also. Mary Ellen ALWAYS returned my many calls the same day, and usually within the hour..She is amazing!

Dr. Peters and his staff were wonderful. Took time to answer concerns/questions. Not only was Dr. Peters professional and knowledgeable, he was friendly with a calming demeanor . I drove approximately 200 miles for his expertise and care in treating my knee. I’m really glad I did.

Dr. Peters did hip replacement on May 3 years ago and I just had my right knee replaced. I am amazed at his expertise and how well I am recovering. I had an anterior hip replacement and was doing everything in three days. My knee has been a little slower but still at three weeks today. I am doing very well thank you Dr. Peters And the excellent hospital care I received during my stay there while recovering.

Dr Peters and his staff are excellent. The Carrell Clinic facilities are the best I have used. Everyone is professional and courteous and will not waste your time I recommend them without hesitation and can’t imagine using anyone else.

Dr. Peters is knowledgeable and confident; yet, I also feel very warmly received, relaxed and thoroughly cared for. Dr. Peters’s personal nurse, Mary Ellen, is outstanding. Also, I really appreciate the two X-Ray techs who worked with me. They gave excellent directions. Plus, the young men were well-mannered and so cheerful: such a help when I’m dealing with pain and uncertainty about my future health.

Dr Peters performed simultaneous bilateral knee replacement surgery for my bone on bone knees in mid-March. On the follow up visit less than 4 months later, Dr Peters deemed my recovery as phenomenal. I completely agree! I highly recommend Dr Peters for providing such a positive and successful result!

Dr. Paul Peters is an excellent surgeon. He is a kind and compassionate person. He always showed genuine concern for me during our visits before and after surgery. McKenzie is amazing in how she cares for Dr. Peter's patients. She is kind and patient, as well as a great resource for patients who may have questions concerning their surgery and rehab. Every employee at Carrell Clinic also receives a five star rating. Carrell Clinic is a five star organization.

Dr. Paul Peters Jr. And his staff are amazing., he did both of my knee surgeries and I was 110% elated with my outcomes. I worked hard as well in therapy but he did great work surgically and put me on a good plan for recovery I would recommend the Carrell Clinic to everyone, as a registered nurse, I can see how well they take care of their patients and their plans of care are very detailed and patient care is always first.
