Dr. Paul Clark Redman

Most of my negative comments are about the office. Office staff is pleasant, but they are completely incompetent. I was refused an appointment when I came 10 minutes early because I hadn't come early enough. I had the text showing the arrival time I'd been told and I had arrived 10 minutes early.On the next visit, I waited 2 hours before seeing Dr. Redman, much of that time undressed in a very cold examining room. The examining room has no private place to dress and undress, no curtained off area. The nurse kept walking in and out. The lack of privacy was unnerving. Clearly, this office building was not designed and is not run with consideration for patients as a top priority. The office has twice sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, and another time completely lost the prescription request. Three months later, I'm still trying to get the two prescriptions sent to the right pharmacy. Dr. Redman's physical exam was very cursory, and he ordered no blood tests. I guess he does not… see himself as a primary care physician, but for many women a visit to a gynecologist is their yearly exam. On the positive side, he did spend time talking with me before the exam, and both he and his nurse were friendly and seemed concerned about patients.
