Dr. Paul Louis Rondino, MD

Using Dr. Rondino for years. Pleasant office staff, quick service, professional physician. Spends time with patient and answers all questions without rushing.

I went to this dr for irregular heartbeat. He scheduled me for an EKG and Echogram the following week. When I arrived at office for Echogram, the dr was not in yet and I informed the staff that I was having an episode. The nurse took my pulse which was 200. When I got on the table for the echogram, my heart rate went down and exam took place. When I got up to leave, it started up again and again the nurse took my pulse and it was 180. She let me leave knowing I was alone and driving my own car and told me the dr would call me that afternoon. I waited all afternoon, called the office at least 4 times and the last time I called the office had closed with no return call from the dr. I got his answering service which put me on to the on call dr who told me to immediately go to Holy Cross Hospital which I did and was admitted. I now have a new cardiologist, had a procedure done and feel fine no thanks to Dr. Rondino's office. They have since never called to see how I was. I would… not recommend this office under any condition.

Dr Rondino has been My doctor for 14 years. He is the best Dr. Compassionate and very patient. He explains everything and makes sure you understand.

I will refer this doctor to anyone.
