I went in to Dr. Segal because I had a few under the surface acne blemishes on my face may around 5-8 at a time somewhat noticeable but not unless you were up close (these were located just outside the right corner of my mouth). I went in to see Dr. Segal and he looked at me for two seconds prescribed me minocylcine and a benzoyl peroxide topical treatment. Not thinking much of it i went ahead and started taking the medicine and applying the topical treatment. It has now been three months and I have acne all over my face. Whenever I call the office and ask to speak with him they put me on hold and tell me that he is busy and then hang up. This is ******* unbelievable. I went in for what was supposed to be very minor acne and now I have moderate and close to severe acne. I don know if it was the pills or the topical treatment. I went to Dr. Kapoor who is the other doctor at Northpoint and he is excellent I have had moderate acne in the past and he actually took the time and put me on a… regimen that cleared my acne for over two years. I made the mistake of going to Segal and I never will again. Absolutely unbelievable. Go to Kapoor trust me it is worth the wait of the appointment.

I'm a senior aged male who has recurrent skin cancers and recently had a family member in another state die from skin cancer. Dr. Segal is an excellent diagnostician, physician and surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Segal.

My family has been going to Dr. Segal for years. He has done a great job with everyone. He is pleasant and personable, always asking questions about how you're doing. I have had questionable results with other derms in the area. I often wonder if they are taking off moles and other things just put dollars in their pockets. Segal treated my grandfather, my grandmother, my father, my siblings, and now myself. I will keep going back to him because I can trust him.
