Dr. Paul Andres Sundberg, MD

If I could possibly rate Dr sunberg a -5 star I would. He was so rude and unprofessional it’s crazy, first off he started by calling me personally on my cell phone twice while I was at work leaving me voicemails about me coming in early for my appointment. when I did come in an hour earlier than my set appointment he rushed me along, didn’t let me explain any of my symptoms and when I told him I wanted to take a break from the birth control (from all the hormones!) he rolled his eyes. He also never tested me for what I asked for but automatically prescribed me the medicine for it along with a few other antibiotics and the patch birth-control (that he judged me into) he was extremely rough with the pelvic exam (that Took 15 seconds) when he was done he immediately left the room without letting me ask any questions and I overheard him tell the other staff “ OK have a good weekend you guys“ just like that. All of the staff acted like they didn’t have time to explain anything to me and… when I asked about the patient portal they told me that they will email it to me and never did. The absolute worst experience at the West campus location. I wish Planned Parenthood still took Medicaid but unfortunately I have to deal with this.
