Terrible glad he is retired Left a lot of his patients including me stranded while he strung me along to a no cure, no treatment just his ego and his selfishness

I liked this doctor's bedside manner. He was very understanding. I was a first time patient in a lot of pain with kidney stones. Being a woman with this issue and never having them before, I was embarrassed and concerned, and he was very upfront and honest about my diagnosis and that there was little he could do but that he was very empathetic and I needed that. I had been to another urologist prior to him who immediately wanted to put me in surgery. Dr Tocci was honest and advised that the stones would eventually pass and I needed to be patient but really sympathized with me. I felt his compassion. I was a little upset however he forgot to give me my prescription and when I contacted the office later, I spoke with his med asst and gave her my pharmacy info, and I expected the prescription to be filled. It wasn't. This was a bit disappointing. Side note: The lady at the desk is not friendly at all. He really needs someone up front that is kinder and more outgoing for the patients.… She is a real buzzkill.

Dr Tocci is wonderful although the lady at the front desk is very rude and uncaring.

I was very nervous and the entire office, including Dr.Tocci put me at ease.

Made my first appointment with Tocci, waited 50 minutes after my appointment, walked out. Never saw Tocci. The last Holy Cross doctor I saw was an hour wait must be part of their training but don't need to see a doctor that bad.

You are treated like dirt here except for his receptionist. I told the nurse that I had a hernia and pain in my stomach but she pressed so hard I almost fell off the table when she did a bladder sonogram. I said to her she was very obnoxious. She didn't like it and the doctor didn't like it so he pushed me on my back and said "Did that hurt"? I was kind of shocked because I didn't know if he was joking or not. He examined me afterwards and hardly said a word. I could write a longer story how ignorant his nurse was but not enough space here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Beware! I cancelled my next appointment.

they act like they are to busy to refill scripts, I find it very hard to believe that it takes 5 days to phone a pharmacy
