Dr. Paul Stanley Usborne, MD

I was a newer patient here, I had been just a couple of times. I got a new insurance and called the office to update it. Katty, the office staff member, kept telling me I wasn't covered and to call my old insurance, but just had no idea what was going on and didn't understand when I said I have new insurance. She said she would ask her colleague to call me back to explain everything, to which, she accidentally called me back and proceeded to tell me how I just don't understand and am being difficult. She continued to say extremely rude things about me, so I told her she had called me, not Karen and I would like to speak to her manager. I finally got on the phone with a manager and spoke to an Usborne who sincerely apologized, and said she would listen to the recordings and give me a call back to sort everything out. I never got a call back or any updates. This office is extremely unprofessional and to be honest, it's the worst care I've had. I do not recommend going here. It is not… a safe, welcoming, or even competent office.

I have been a patient of his since 2012 and am very happy at that office. All his staff and PA's are also just as awesome.

Really liked our first visit there. He was very thorough . Asked all the right questions and understood our answers. Seemed to really care about his patients. Didn't rush the visit . Great bedside manners. Also helped a lot that he speaks Spanish ! Very happy we found him !

Very pleased with doctor and staff. Doctor didn't make me feel rushed when asking questions and assistant interviewed prior to seeing doctor.

Dr. Usborne is an old school doctor with modern understanding. He will spend time with you, get to know you, and listen to your suggestions.
