A truly excellent surgeon!!! From the moment I met Dr Weitzel, he put me at ease, with his ability to perform surgery, on my knee. He has a calmness and confidence about himself, that immediately puts you at ease and is genuinely committed, to putting the patient, at the center of care. Capable, empathetic, wonderful bedside manor, sense of humor, knowledgeable and professional. He has all of the attributes, you want in a good surgeon. Friendly and professional

For the last 14 years Paul Wietzel, MD has been treating my shoulders, knees and all orthopaedic issues. I have been butchered, lied to, and dismissed by dozens of “Doctors”. There is no one I trust more than Paul. His Expertise, Honesty and integrity are above all others in his field. He is totally solution oriented. Furthermore, his highly respected, dedicated tight knit team, Tom Pacheco and Brazil Campbell, have made every visit and scheduling flawless.

He is very personable. He represents excellence in his field. Tom and Brazil are part of a great team. You want an expert. He is one. And he cares. He remembers you. He gives you credit. My operation was difficult. There is no other option if you want the best.

About 1 year ago I went to Dr Weitzel because I received a cortisone shot in my knee from a group associated with my local hospital which did not work. He was recommended by an associate of his who is a member of my family. The shot received from him and recommendation for physical therapy solved the problem. About 2 months ago I went back for a cortisone shot in my other knee and it also worked. He clearly explained what would be done and my need for therapy to strengthen my muscles to prevent future problems. I am over 65 years old.

Dr. Weitzel was attentive, caring, and informative. Could not have asked for more.

Excellent experience! It was the second surgery Dr Weitzel performed on me and I was completely satisfied with both of them. His staff is friendly and professional and the office is very clean.

Dr. Weitzel has put me back together on a few occasions. He is a very skilled surgeon, but he is also knowledgeable and wants the best for his patients. I have had two repaired shoulder labrums; he has assisted on one and performed the other. Both are great. He is also an excellent knee doctor. I have arthritis and a meniscal tear, but he was not quick to do surgery. He explained clearly my options and the statistics of success so that I could make an educated decision. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr Weitzel has operated on both knees for meniscal repair. He is professional, explains things throughly, and wait times to be seen are within reason.

Dr. Weitzel is a thoughtful and skilled orthopedic surgeon. I wouldn’t have such a good quality of life without his care and skill. Thank you.
