Dr. Paul Howard Wells, MD

Love Dr. Wells and most of his staff. Although their phone system stinks and no one answers the phone when you call. However, I received a bill for office visits I tried to pay for at the time and was told to wait and let them bill both my insurance companies. Then I received a bill several months later with finance charges! I refused to pay them since this was the first bill I ever received AND they told me not to pay to begin with! I received a VERY RUDE letter from the billing manager stating I would pay those charges by next appointment! I would hate to change doctors but that is what will happen if those charges are not removed from my account!

He listens and cares about his patients and their overall well being ,not just about a current complaint

When my Dr. passed away, I had to find another doctor, I tried a few that were suggested by friends and tried Dr. Wells. Dr. Wells is such a people person, he truly has a passion to help other. Most of his staff is very friendly and very helpful. If your looking for a doctor that will take his time in caring about your medical health Dr. Wells is it.

Great doctor...RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!! have gone to Dr wells for a few years and used to have a great experience. BUT I received a $110 bill in the mail for not showing up to an appointment that I wasn't aware that I had!! The manager said the girls in the office remember talking to me about my appointment (how could they possibly remember EVERY patient they talk to!?) I told him that wasn't true & they can't even tell me what the appointment was for! After leaving SEVERAL messages the manager Michael called me back & was very rude and hung up on me! I will never return to this office!

Incredibly smart and loves to talk to his patients. Great bedside manner and not "in the business" to generate revenue. Cares about his patients.

The wait is a little long ( about an hour) but I get the same courtesy when it is my turn. The doctor is great, very helpful and will make sure you understand before you leave. He reminds me of the small town friendly doctors you see in the movies, I felt completely comfortable in asking him any questions. Office staff is busy but when asked to help me they stopped and in my opinion went the extra mile....I am not used to that anymore and it was like a breath of fresh air to feel that again. The only down fall was having to leave a message for a call back but even then, I have called a few times and always get a prompt return call.

Dr. Wells has been my family's doctor for several years. He takes time to talk, and, explain what steps we can take to get everything where it needs to be, (after testing). He actually listens to the patient.
