Dr Willis is a gracious, caring, knowledgable physician who has the clinical accumen and skills needed to give top notch care to his patients. I underwent a very complex operative procedure, and had undeniably excellent results. I hope I never need surgery again but if I do, I will certainly go to him. I have seen many surgeons in Pittsburgh and this has by far been my best experience.

This doctor did my surgery and afterward I got no phone call for a followup, nothing. Then a week after surgery I had bad swelling and pain where my incision was and it got so bad that I went to the ER. Well the doctor at the ER told me to make an apt asap with my surgeon to check it and that it was a hematoma under my scar. Well when I called to make an appointment he was on vacation and there apparently was no doctor taking his place. The nurse made my appointment for the day he came back from vacation which was 4 days later and 4 more days on agonizing pain. She tells me I have to go to the office in Mckees rocks which is 45 away!! So I was in so much pain that I agreed to wait and go to that office that was 45 min away...I go in the day of my appointment and I waited for an hour before even being seen and then some OTHER surgeon comes in that dint even do my surgery whenever I SPECIFiCALLY made the appointment so that I could see dr Willis and this doctor says oh thYs just fluid it… will go away. Are you kidding me? I take off work, drive 45 min out of my way, don't even see MY surgeon and get 4 words out of this situation!!!!? I could have went to my family doctor for Christ sake! I am so unhappy and irritated! I will never go back and don't recommend anyone to go there!
