Dr. Paul William Willis Jr, DO

Most of his reviews on this page are very, very old, I have been his patient for over 15 years and don't remember a fish tank at his office. Anyway, he is one of those doctors who believes so strongly in spending time with his patients that several years ago he quit his traditional practice and became a concierge physician. And there is nothing better on Earth than having a concierge physician like Dr. Willis, especially if you have a complicated health problem that is virtually impossible for the traditional medical community to manage. I can get in with him quickly, he spends an hour with me at every appointment, he gets to know me as a human being, he listens, he thinks before he acts, he is very thorough and friendly, and just a wonderful human being. Highly recommended, but he doesn't take insurance (although he works with you for referrals and things if you have a PPO). It's brilliant primary care medicine. He's also an osteopath and he uses those skills to make you feel… better immediately. Nothing better than this, and his prices are very fair and affordable. It's truly the heart of "managed" healthcare by a real pro, I highly recommend him. When you're tired of the absurd runarounds and you need someone on your side who cares and will follow-through and be your advocate for your health, Dr. Willis is the one!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! COULDNT SAY ENOUGH NEGATIVES. I WOULD BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND A SINGLE POSITIVE ATTRIBUTE TO THIS OFFICE. WELL...THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THERE WAS A FISH TANK INSIDE...UGH!!!!!!!!

Dr. Willis was easy to talk with and spent the time required for the diag. I would recommend Dr. Willis to family and friends.

I have been a petient of Dr Paul Willis for more than 9 years. He was in such high demand because of his willingness to spend time with his patients and listen to all their concerns which is more than a rarity these days. Yes there were times when my wait time was over an hour, but when I was in his office, I was given his full attention.. He accepted several family members based strictly on refferal. Many Dr's don't do so anymore i have just found out. I recently learned that Dr Willis and Arrow Family will no lomger be open due to many unrelated medical circumtances. Dr Willis will be missed by Many Many patients and those who have become friends. He gave back to the community 100% plus. If anyone is ever given an opportunity to be a patient of his, please do so. He will help guide you as a professional through any changes that will be for the betterment of your Health... Dee

Not only is the doctor horrible, so is their staff. All I ever get is excuses. "our computers are down" or "they forgot to tell me you were in here, sorry it took so long". So I started writing emails b/c the doctor said that's better than calling in and the messages will not get distorted in context. It's been 2 days and I still have heard no response from Dr. Willis. I'm one to give people a second chance, but it seems every time I need to contact them, I never get what I want and have to jump through hoops. I'm changing doctors.
