If I could give no stars I would! Horrible experience as a patient. I wasted months trying to obtain an official letter from Dr.Woody, this letter would state my symptoms/signs are linked to my diagnosis. According to Dr.Woody, he hadn’t been treating me for said symptoms (yet I had been to lengthy visits addressing my symptoms and getting referrals for scans and the treatment of my symptoms.) Never have I felt so disregarded in a medical setting. The lack of communication with the office/nurses/doctors to the patients is disappointing. I never received any phone calls, even after multiple times of being told I would receive one, regarding the updates of this letter. In my first appointment I left feeling unheard, and as if Dr. Woody didn’t believe the symptoms I was experiencing. He also seemed frustrated because I have Tricare, and it seemed troubled him to even put in referrals, like it was such a task. Even through all this I decided to stay and give this clinic the benefit of… doubt. BAD CHOICE!!! If you are looking for a Doctor and team to genuinely care about you and your treatment, this doctor and team are NOT it.
