Dr. Paul Stephen Worrell, DO

When I had cancer, he dispensed antibiotics because he did not recognize the most common form of cancer in men under 30. If you value your life, Find an MD instead of a DO.

Took one month (compare to the 2 wk they promised), numerous(>20) calls, and five visits to complete (with wait time > 1hr for each visit). The clinic got the price wrong for the X-ray, and the forms were filled out wrong (lucky we caught it). Paid $690 per person upfront, confirmed with the clinic that this price includes all the vaccines before we went, now got a bill to pay $626 more for the vaccines. So ridiculous!!

After having the audacity to complain after waiting almost 2 hours for my appt, they are now holding my lab results hostage until I pay a fee for a back adjustment that wasn't even billed to my insurance company. Doesn't exactly breed trust and confidence between a doctor and patient. Ridiculous.

A swimming pool holds 540,000 liters of water. The pool has two drainage pipes. When the pool is completely full, the first pipe alone can empty it in 120 minutes, and the second pipe alone can empty it in 180 minutes. When both pipes are draining together, how long does it take them to empty the pool?

Such a shame that after 20 years of seeing my wonderful Dr. Paul, his billing staff did not respond to my request to correct a billing error. I did not and would not have authorized a 498.00 charge for procedure not covered by insurance. They billed me, but sent it to the wrong address. They then turned it over to collections. Multiple requests to correct went completely unanswered except for a vmail from a surly office manager telling me to stop calling. Dr's nurse could not find the procedure in my records, and office manager did not make any attempt to correct. Shame

This office is by far the worst I have ever had the displeasure of visiting..Dr. Worrell is a complete joke and a fraud..He bills the insurance for all of these unrelated test and then he wont even pay his own employees for the time they work.. He is a scam artist with a pleasant smile..karma will get him eventually. STAY FAR AWAY !

Dr. Worrell was my PCP for several years. I kept getting cysts in different areas and had no idea as to why. Not only did he not refer me to a specialist/dermatoligist after performing several surgeries on me he never diagnosed me or prescribed any antibiotics, EVER. I have a scar on me from one of the incisions that I will have for life. He never acknowledge me when I told him I also had one under my arm and it has gotten worse over the years. I went to the ER due to chronic pain from it and they informed me that I had a chronic skin condition. Now that I am aware of my condition I have been trying to send the ones on my arms in remission, but I still need help from a doctor. I am writing this review because not only did this provider ignore my pain, I now have anxiety about going to the doctor. Thinking they wont help me. His lack of concern has caused my issue to worsen. If he had helped me years ago it would not be as bad as it is now. I am leaving this review in hopes that people… will see what type of provider this is, he does not care about people only money. I have had to deal with this pain because I went a couple of years without having insurance. Now that I have coverage I pray that I find a PCP that will not only help me with my condition but help with gradual steps so that I can send it into remission and live a better lifestyle.

I went in for a routine check up and get a hefty bill from lab saying the medical code that was used by doctor Worrell wasn't routine and for me to pay the balance. he ordered test without confirming with his patient. Be very careful when dealing with Dr Paul S Worrell.

This place has horrible wait time and you are constantly asked to do numerous pointless test so that you can make the doctor richer!
