I was 9 minutes late to an appointment today because I was stuck underground on the subway. The first thing the receptionist said to me is “You are 10 minutes late.” They refused to see me, even when I nicely said I would wait. I took off work to make this appointment. I’ve been waiting for over two months for this appointment. I explained all this calmly. I’ve never had this experience anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly rude. They said this was their policy. I will never be going here again and I will not recommend to anyone I know.

Absolutely amazing. I was intimidated to switch to a new gyn (my other one no longer takes my insurance) and within seconds I was THRILLED beyond belief to be in Dr. Brignoni-Blume's care. She is so friendly, on top of things, funny, makes you feel at ease instantly and the whole time has a manner that keeps everything comfortable and positive. She explains everything she's doing with prescriptions, referrals, etc. and talks step by step. You don't get that rushed feeling so many docs give. I seriously love her and cannot recommend her highly enough. (She also responds instantly to portal messages.)

I was extremely happy with my new Dr. Paula Brignon-Blume. I was hesitant to start up with a new dr. after my dr. retired, but she is a breath of fresh air and takes all her time with you to explain everything going on.

I'm a mother of 5 my last 2 pregnancy a had an excellents Drs. and Dr.Blume was one of them.She takes her time to explain every procedure and make you feel comfortable.No waiting for appointments or on the waiting area.Emergency cases she is there at any time to answer any question that you might have for simple that it can be.Very carring Doctor God Bless her Highly recommended.
