Dr. Paula Janelle Harmon, MD

I went to Dr. Harmon for the great reviews and her educational background. Anyway, my daughter had an overabundance of ear wax which was causing her major discomfort. After a couple of traumatic/painful procedures of getting the wax out of my daughter's ear with a surgical tool while she was awake, we decided she needed to go under anesthesia to get the wax out completely. After the procedure that night I look in one of her ears and there's still a big chunk of wax. When I called Dr. H's assistant the next day and asked why would it still be there she said it was probably new wax. I told her my daughter just had surgery the day before to remove it and she told me it doesn't take long for the ears to produce new wax. ?????????? We never went back.

Absolutely love the care she showed for my son. Her level of expertise is amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my child!

I went to Dr. Harmon for a second opinion after leaving an ENT with poor bedside manner that didn't like working with children. She was excellent. She was professional and informative. She also did surgery on my 2 year old and put our minds at ease by fully explaining the procedure beforehand. I was so impressed with her extensive knowledge and warm bedside manner with my toddler. I highly recommend this physician.

My daughter LOVES this lady! Dr. Harmon is GREAT! She spent more than the alloted time appointment time making sure that my family and I understood the diagnosis and procedures that were going to take place. She made sure we were comfortable on the day of the procedure and personally called us after. She made sure that not notonly was she available, but her staff as well if we had any questions or concerns afterward.

Dr. Harmon is very down to earth, concerned and knowledgeable about my child's chronic condition. She is very skilled and receptive to questions. I highly recommend her in the care of your child.
