Dr. Paula Sproul Kue, MD

Dr Kue is great when having a scheduled visit. If you need her otherwise good luck!! Her nurse makes all the decisions and she is on a power trip. I do not feel that there is sufficient follow up, or timely response to questions. I feel unsafe and that a big problem may go unnoticed.

Horrible nursing staff - ignorant and unkind. Avoid this practice - even if Dr Kue is nice enough when you get to see her, you rarely get that. Her nursing staff is really awful.

Dr Kue is the first doctor to be sincerely concerned about my health. I have been dismissed by so many doctors since I was 19 and I'm now 36. Dr. Kue actually keeps a close eye on me and has me check in with her every month. Although some people may find that annoying, I am grateful for her concerns because of her I have a little more hope that my health will get better.

I unfortunately have had to be seen many doctors over the years but Dr kue has been the second physician in over 50 years to actually sit and listen to my ailments and discuss with me my options. Her compassion and understanding to her patients has truly made her one of the best Physicians I have had the pleasure of meeting. If there were more doctors like her in this world it would be a much better place. I honestly feel that there is a lack of communication between doctors and patients.

She listens and explains everything. She actually shows interest and concern. How rare.

I chose this doctor to be my primary care physician four months ago. I have called the office three times recently and she has not responded to my issue. Even the nurse seems to not care at all and brushes me off. I will be seeking another PCP if this continues!

I just completed my second visit to Doctor Paula Kue and I have to give her 5 stars I am very satisfied I chose to come over to her as my primary. She is extremely intelligent, professional and compassionate. I am so very impressed as to her knowledge she brings to Harbor Medical and the time she takes with you to fully look into your symptoms and follow through, Outstanding in my opinion

4 YRS as a patient each year is horribly worst! Will never call me back when i express urgent to her staff! Total avoidance ,makes me talk to someone who knows nothing about my situation.On top of that every person is condescending & out rite rude! they never ask whats wrong? are you OK? how can I help u? it just seems like A what do you want I"m busy type attitude! I feel very helpless because of the lack of empathy,That is clearly missing....

It's wonderful to find a doctor who listens to the symptoms and asks probing questions to uncover the diagnosis. It's been a long time since I've had this much face time with a doctor and I appreciate being heard and feeling like a patient, not just another billing number.
