Dr. Paula Plummer, MD

Not her but her staff. More than twice I've gone and have had to wait for an hour in the waiting room and another 15-20 minutes in the room before anyone comes in. Just recently I went and it took an hour for me to be called to the back they took my vitals then left I sat another 15 she comes in talks then says a tech would come to take my blood 45 minutes later I look out and ask what's happening and I was told they'd gone to lunch!!! I spent 2 and half hours at the doctor and my blood was not drawn and I still don't know what's happening with me.

Dr .Plummer is a super nice, caring and genuine Doctor. My first visit with Dr. Plummer was great. She was familiar with my health history, because she had already read my health records before coming into my exam room. After listening to my health concerns, she came up with a health plan that we can work on as a team. I feel blessed to have found such a caring doctor.

I love coming to this Doctor she’s sweet and very informative ! The only fault is the front desk, when you call she is so nonchalant, dry, then she rushes you off the phone all around doesn’t seem like she enjoys her job. The rest of the staff a so warm and sweet and very understanding they put themselves in your shoes and make you feel completely comfortable. Dr. Plummer is highly recommended by me

Don't recommend it. I went for a check-up more than a month ago and I still haven't received my test results. I called them to ask about this, and I was told it was sent by mail. I told them I did not receive it and they said they were going to call me back. They never did. Also, I thought it was weird the fact that they did not have me do a urine exam. That's usually something I do because I've been taking cholesterol medicine for years now and doctors usually want to see how my liver is doing. Overall bad experience and lack of attention by doctor and staff. I definitely won't be going back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Plummer for many years. . . about 20 yrs. She is a great doctor and is very thorough. She will always give you the time to ask questions and is always interested in giving me the best care for whatever I need attention to. I highly recommend her!

I haven't always had the most pleasant experiences seeing new doctors, but my visit to Dr. Paula Plummer was definitely an exception. Kind, professional and courteous, she and her staff made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family physician in the Houston area.

My husband and I started see Dr. Plummer last year. We just love her. She spends time to hear what we say, and she explains everything so that its clear and we understand.

At least I am a real patient. I saw her for many years even at her location on Bellaire and Synott until it got mysteriously burned down. The Asian lady with glasses is the one who collects your money. Dr. Plummer has great acting skills and she protects her interest very well by documenting care that was not performed for the patient.
