Dr. Paulette Y. Saddler, MD

I went to Dr. Saddler on three occasions in 8 months. My blood pressure had been slowly increasing over the past year (hereditary) and we discussed this during all three appointments, in addition to other ailments. When I went to my OBGYN for an annual eval, she informed me that my blood pressure was getting dangerous levels and asked why Dr. Saddler didn't prescribe me any medication. "Is she waiting on a stroke?" I notified Dr. Saddler through MyChart, and her staff informed me that I needed to come in for a FOURTH appointment for the blood pressure prescription, although we've discussed it on my prior three appointments. I can no longer go to her in confidence, as its seems as she and her staff tries to nickel and dime patients-- waiting until health is dire, instead of getting ahead and to the root of the issue. Really disappointed as I wanted to support a fellow WOC.

I scheduled a video visit with Doctor Saddler. She told me to see her in person because she couldn't diagnose me on the call. We ended the call within 3 minutes. A couple of weeks later I received a bill of ~$400 for that short video call. I was so shocked. A similar situation happened to me another time and the other doctor just cancelled the appointment without a bill. I disputed the case twice and Doctor Saddler insisted to bill me the full amount for the video call. She just seems to be a cold-blooded woman who happens to see patients for a living. I feel so upset and frustrated. I wouldn't recommend anyone do a video call with her. And if you ever see her, you better know she is the right doctor. Otherwise, you might get charged for just booking an appointment with her.
